Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of Accenture's or our clients' business, working to manage and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies.
The Contract Specialist provides contract execution and administrative support to Contract Management personnel. Track deliverables, provide documentation control and perform other duties as required.
Legal Services professionals support Accenture's business, minimize risk and assure compliance with laws and company policies; provide specialized and deep areas of expertise; and coordinate all legal advice and counsel related to commercial arrangements and offerings, third-party alliances, complex outsourcing deals and transactions, intellectual property, public company responsibilities, board of directors support, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory support, and employment law.
Provide legal and operational for regulatory compliance programs and general support to the LATAM legal group in close interaction with legal and business senior executives.
Oversight of the legal advise to Procurement, Workplace, HR and other Corporate Functions across the company.
Supervise a team of attorneys, in daily operational aspects as well as long-term staff planning, including support coverage, career development opportunities and service quality.
Advanced level of English
Intermediate level of Portuguese
Attorney with corporate background and team supervision experience within a global environment.
Industry experience in the technology field is a plus.
Experience in regulatory compliance including Anticorruption, Antitrust, AML and Trade Compliance will be especially considered.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior leadership.
Fluent in English.
Strong command of computer programs, especially MS Office.
