The new capabilities are helping SIPG advance its business strategy with greater visibility across the company, enhanced data accuracy, faster reporting and decision making, improved contingency planning and increased operational efficiencies.

Results

The new system provided SIPG management with tools like iPad-compatible dashboards that access management reports and market analysis to facilitate faster and more effective decision making. It also gave SIPG management a holistic view of organization wide operations for better contingency planning. SIPG has reduced the data-to-report cycle from 30 days to 10 days and enhanced data verification process accuracy. As a result, SIPG’s operational efficiency has improved remarkably, leading to significant time savings. And the new IT road map is helping SIPG advance toward a modernized technology infrastructure that will foster growth.
