Leading global tobacco company: Next-generation sales force automation system

Accenture is working with a leading tobacco company to implement the Accenture CAS Retail Execution Software.

Accenture will provide pre- and post-implementation support for both the Accenture CAS software and the client’s existing diverse and homegrown software solutions used globally.

The new software, designed to operate in an offline mode on laptops and mobile devices, will improve the productivity of the client’s global sales force, increase call rates and enhance the effectiveness of customer service and support.

The tobacco company selected Accenture based on our bundled offerings and CAS’s prior preferred supplier status with the company.
