Job Summary:

As an Infrastructure Support Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure systems, including networks and AV systems.

2. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal functionality. 

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, and configurations. 

4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. 

5. Maintain local documentation of processes 

6. Ensure compliance with global security policies and best practices to safeguard data and systems. 

8. Support the deployment of new technologies and tools. 

9. Provide training and guidance to junior team members and end-users as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent certification.

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role. 

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. 

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA),  are preferred.
