Role Overview:
As the Technology Architecture Lead, you will head the Technology Architecture Office for a flagship digital city platform built on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the technology platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving architectural decisions across infrastructure, integration, security, data, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the end-to-end architecture strategy for the platform.
Lead architectural governance and decision-making across infrastructure, integration, data, and security domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Oversee the development of architectural standards, patterns, and reusable components.
Guide the selection and adoption of Azure services and third-party technologies.
Mentor and lead a team of architects and technical specialists.
Represent the architecture office in executive steering committees and program boards.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in Azure cloud services.
Proven experience leading architecture for large scale digital transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, API management, identity and access management, and data governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have: Experience in smart city technologies, urban tech, or public sector platforms. digital twin, Command and Control, IOT, Smart Solutions
