Strategy and Consulting is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Interactive, Technology and Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead value analysis to generate business insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture.
Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation.
Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights.
Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic.
Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions.
Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high- level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
Staff project teams and responsible for employee schedules
Provide feedback and coaching to others in compliance with the Performance Achievement Process to support career development and address performance concerns as necessary
Demonstrate skill in people management, leading, motivating, and inspiring people

What skills & experience are we looking for?
Strategy Development (including but not limited to Operating Model Design, Business Case Development, Growth Strategy, Financial Analysis).
Delivering complex projects within Strategy.
6+ years in Strategy consulting within Communication, Media, Telecommunication, and Technology sectors (TMT / CMT).
Must have an undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
Fluency in English language is a must, Arabic speakers are a plus.
