Marketing & Communications in Middle East is an integrated team which shares the mission for Accenture to become our clients’ innovation partner and the employer of choice. As a team we help drive business and talent growth and are responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications towards employees, clients, candidates and influencers. The team manages the brand, integrated market and client facing programs, employer branding, recruitment marketing, media relations and internal communications and all aspects of digital marketing and social media journeys and programs.


Key Responsibilities

  •       Plan and execute on the full spectrum of marketing and engagement campaigns and programs – with a focus on executive events and engagement in support of our overall ambition to become our clients’ innovation partner.
  •       Work with and provide guidance to local executive leads from our different practices and other internal stakeholders to plan and drive campaigns and events through to execution. Following that, assess, measure and evaluate impact and effectiveness.
  •      Responsible for the planning, execution, measurement and continuous improvement of industry-specific marketing campaigns to help build awareness, generate sales leads and develop senior client relationships, including: events, digital marketing, social media marketing, corporate hospitality, sponsorships, conferences, advertorial, video, collateral, thought leadership development.
  •      Create marketing activities to meet business objectives and create compelling marketing initiatives which will attract senior client executives.
  •      Develop and/or work strategically with Accenture’s roster agencies.
  •      Manage the pipeline of, and help in the production of relevant thought leadership/ research/ points of view.
  •      Mange budgets and associated campaign costs.
  •      Work with client and campaign data in our CRM system, helping to ensure data veracity and trackability.
  •      Create and curate compelling content – written, visual and media content - across our various channels and platforms to engage and create experiences for our audiences.
  •      Drive digital and social media tactics and campaigns including analytics.
  •      Be a role model for how we use data to ensure direction and impact for our initiatives.

Candidates Must Be Marketing Professionals With Experience In Developing Marketing Plans And Delivering Creative, Data-driven, Integrated Marketing Programs Across Multiple Channels Such As Thought Leadership, Digital Marketing, Social Media And Events To

o   create engagement and increase work with current clients

o   open doors and build relationships with new clients

o   create demand in new market segments

o   help grow market share through strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and cross-selling 

  •      Ideally you will understand or have experience in B2B as well as digital and business-to-business marketing, preferably in a professional services context. You will be pragmatic and self-assured in your ability to recommend the right marketing approach. You will be proactive, highly organized, a self-starter and experienced in developing content-based marketing campaigns, fluent command of the English language including superb writing and editing skills to help create content such as blog and social media posts. You must be a team player, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and be adept at creating gravitas and building senior stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

·         Education: Relevant degree from a respected university or business school

·         Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience working with marketing project management and program responsibilities from a large international company or an innovative growth company. Preferably b-2-b, technology or professional services company

·       Experience with marketing data management and CRM systems – preferably Salesforce, and an interest and temperament to work with and process both smaller and larger sets of data.

·        Attention to detail, strong client relationship and database management

·        Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to write and edit marketing materials including blogs, mailings, social media content, invites and marketing collateral in English and Arabic is a plus.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to bring new and fresh ideas and concepts.

·         A team player, able to collaborate and communicate with other marketing professionals in our extended marketing team around the world.

·         Skilled at managing resources to effectively achieve marketing goals, including budgets, internal resources and third-party suppliers.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to bring new and fresh ideas and concepts.

·         Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales/marketing/support tracking systems.

·         Experience in developing and managing events, sponsorship and conferences.

·     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·     Passion for strategic, creative, well-executed marketing programs.

·     Strong implementation orientation and focus on delivering ROI. 

·     Experience developing and delivering successful creative digital campaigns across websites, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, SlideShare, YouTube and Instagram for organic and paid activity. Design skills are plus and appreciated.
