The acquisition will enable Accenture Strategy to combine the power of a strategic analytical thought process with the ability to craft breakthrough propositions and services through human-centered co-design. Together, this will give our clients a competitive edge by enabling them to fundamentally re-imagine the future of their organizations.
Tony is the founder and CEO of Second Road, a strategic innovation consultancy. He is committed to humanizing significant businesses using the arts of conversation and co-design. He specializes in crafting strategies as arguments that move people, and crafting new business models that put customers at their center. He is an adjunct professor at UTS Business School, a Fellow of the Batten Institute at Darden Business School, and was the Nierenberg visiting chair of Design at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh in 1995. He is an active author and speaker.
Julian works with executive teams in the public and private sector, in areas such as strategy, system-level innovation, multi-stakeholder engagement processes, planning and reporting, and design thinking. He specializes in helping senior teams think clearly, design better ways of working, lead innovation and conquer complex information. Julian is based in Sydney.
Tracy has over 25 years of experience working in strategy and innovation with some of the world’s largest organizations. She specializes in strategic innovation projects such as developing a new portfolio of value propositions for Fairfax Media and leading award-winning projects to radically improve child protection with the NSW Department of Family and Community Services. She is an accomplished and passionate strategic designer, thought leader and speaker. Tracy is based in Sydney.
