Flaviano is president of Accenture Song in the Growth Markets region and he leads a team of creatives, designers and experience and innovation architects across Asia Pacific, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
Flaviano has helped some of the world’s biggest brands find growth through organisation-wide experience transformation. He believes that a focus on customer experience is no longer enough and businesses must reorganise their front and back office with a human-centred lens to drive exponential growth.
With more than 15 years of deep expertise across strategy, marketing, sales and distribution, Flaviano has helped clients across various industries and markets evolve and better their business functions and systems. His mission is to bring Accenture Song’s notion of experience transformation to as many brands and businesses as possible in the Growth Markets region.
Flaviano holds a degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University (Belo Horizonte, Brazil) and a Master of Science in Management from the London Business School (London, UK).
He reports to David Droga and works alongside North America market lead Bob Markham and Europe lead Max Morielli. His promotion to president of Growth Markets was part of the changes to Accenture's growth model and Global Management Committee, announced in January 2020.
