High Performance IT

A Road Map for Technology Investments

Chief information officers (CIOs) and chief technology officers (CTOs) often live in the hot seat—pressured to run their IT applications while expected to invest in innovation and enhance the business. And while most executives know how much technologies costs, few can measure how IT performs. Drawing on Accenture's own IT experience, on our collaboration with clients and on the results of our global CIO research, our High Performance IT program creates a road map for turning IT investments into performance enhancement catalysts. The objective of the program is to advance the dialogue around IT and the challenges facing CIOs and CTOs as they drive toward high performance.
