Furthermore, as a significant global player, the client needs to deliver this learning efficiently at an international scale in a cost-effective manner.
Following an exercise that identified the desired competences in the workforce, there was an urgent need to find a solution that could help bridge the competency gaps. Specifically, there was a need to enhance the strategic thinking of existing leaders, build enterprise-wide capability standards across common functions and accelerate the development of critical workforces.
