Mr. Bambrough prepares and executes business plans, provides executive-level consulting, strategy and coaching services to clients, and refines and delivers service offerings for national security organizations. He has played key roles in transformational client engagements including: Army Sustainment Command, the U.S. Army Reserve Command, the Army CIO/G-6, DUSA BT Office, National Geospatial-Imagery Agency, Joint Staff Logistics Directorate, Missile Defense Agency and U.S. Army Forces Command.
Over a 35-year career in the private and military sectors, Mr. Bambrough has developed knowledge in product design, manufacturing, marketing and sales, business development, performance management, budgeting, change management, strategy and training.
Mr. Bambrough retired as the deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve Command in the rank of major general. His awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star (with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster), Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with “V” Device (with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Purple Heart (with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters) Air Medals, Army Commendation Medal with “V” Device (with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal (with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster) and Combat Infantryman Badge.
Mr. Bambrough received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s College.
Mr. Bambrough serves on the Reserve Components Committee of the Association of the United States Army Advisory Board of Directors.

Donald Johnson is the program manager for STOC II and Army Warfighter Advocate. Located in Orlando, Florida, Mr. Johnson supports the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, & Instrumentation and other local military organizations to include: Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, the Program Manager for Training Systems and the Coast Guard.
Mr. Johnson is a retired Army colonel with 28 years of service in Infantry, Airborne, Ranger and Special Forces units. Key assignments include: USARJ DCSOPS G-3 Japan; IX Corps G-3 Japan; Chief of Tactics, Ft. Benning; Battalion Commander 1-12 Infantry Ft. Carson; Global War Fellow at the Naval War College; and briefing officer and speech writer for the chairman, JCS.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and his Master of Science degree from Pepperdine University. Mr. Johnson also earned a Master of Science degree in national security affairs from the Naval War College.

Stephanie Kennedy is a vice president with the Accenture Defense industry group and has been the project manager and solution architect for the U.S. Army General Fund Enterprise Business System since Release 1.1. She led the agency-wide implementation of SAP to support the Army’s core financial system and enterprise resource planning solutions for more than 79,000 end users.
Ms. Kennedy has been involved in the assessment, design and implementation of SAP software since 1995. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and operations management from Auburn University.

Lori McKaig is a vice president with the Accenture Defense industry group and is the executive vice president for Mission Services Engagement Management. Ms. McKaig has responsibility for Army mission services programs and initiatives and she serves as deputy to the Mission Services workforce lead.
Ms. McKaig has more than 17 years of executive leadership experience and has managed diverse areas of technology operations, including telecommunications, infrastructure, application outsourcing and business operations and alliance management.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rosemont College and is a 2010 Master of Science in management candidate at Rosemont College. She is a graduate of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Business on Board program and is often a guest speaker on topics relating to the optimization of human capital.
