Global Service Strategy and Operations Lead
Eduardo Cunha Global Service Strategy and Operations Lead Eduardo Cunha is a senior executive and leads Accentures Global Service Strategy and Operations group. Cunha joined Accenture in 1997 in the São Paulo office where he is also responsible for the Supply Chain service line in Latin America. Prior to joining Accenture, he worked with distribution and logistics management at DHL Worldwide Express, TNT Express and J.Macêdo Alimentos.
Most of his relevant experience is focused on E&CHT, FCPG, automotive industries and more recently in public services and health. Cunha is a recognized expert in service strategy through execution.

Christopher E. Frey Field Force Effectiveness Lead Frey is a born-and-bred Texan and Accenture’s Field Force Effectiveness lead. Before he re-joined Accenture 2005 he worked for several years at Cap Gemini and i2. In the last few years he worked in a range of responsibilities with an emphasis on energy industry.
Frey’s strong expertise in asset management and service parts management helps to leverage Accenture's competencies in the service strategy and operations area.
Robert Giacobbe North America Robert Giacobbe is a senior executive in Accenture's Global Supply Chain service line and leads our US-based Service Strategy and Operations team based out of the Atlanta office. He has cross-industry experience, with a focus on heavy equipment, high-tech and resources clients. Giacobbe works exclusively with clients in their post-sales service and support business. This includes service strategy, field service, warranty, maintenance/repair management, asset management, returns/reverse logistics and service parts management. He has experience in leading large-scale transformation programs for his clients, as well as technology implementation and solution deployment.
Giacobbe is the offering lead and patent holder for several of Accenture’s service chain offerings, including spares inventory optimization, service chain planning and maintenance optimization.
He is a member of APICS and INFORMS as well as the APICS Executive Committee on Service Parts and Remanufacturing Operations. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Nerea Idirin Service Strategy and Operations Lead—SPAI (Spain/ Portugal/ Africa/ Israel) Idirin is a senior manager and head of Accenture’s Supply Chain Service Strategy and Operations Domain for SPAI, based in Madrid.
She has a degree in business administration from Deusto University and a Leadership Development Program certificate from IESE Business School.
Since Idirin joined Accenture in 1995, she has been related to different Supply Chain projects in a range of industries that include communications and high tech, natural resources and consumer goods. She has a wide and strong experience in service strategy and operations, where she has managed several projects covering the entire spectrum of our business (functional design, solution implementation and service operations).
Matti Kurvinen Service Strategy and Operations Lead—Nordics (Skandinavia & Danmark) Kurvinen is head of Accenture’s Supply Chain Service Strategy and Operations Domain for the Nordic States and additionally Warranty Management Offering lead. Before he joined Accenture in 1991 he graduated as a Master of Science at the Helsinki University of Technology and afterwards worked for four years at Cap Gemini.
In his more than 20 years of working experience, he has developed strong expertise in his main areas supply chain, and service strategy and operations. As a senior executive he supervised different projects for global clients especially in the northern European countries.
Erik A. Olson Service Strategy and Operations Lead— North America (USA & Canada) Olson is an senior executive in our Supply Chain Management service line and has responsibility for our North American Service Strategy and Operations group based out of our Atlanta office.
Olson has nearly 20 years of consulting experience in procurement, supply chain configuration, warehouse and distribution strategy, customer service, sales and operations planning, materials management, post-merger supply chain integration, productivity improvement, logistics outsourcing, distribution systems and information technology strategy.
He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Virginia, and is a member of the Association for Operations Management, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Institute for Supply Management.
Cameron Plummer Service Strategy and Operations Lead— APAC (Asia Pacific) Plummer is a senior executive in Accenture’s Beijing operation. He leads the Supply Chain Service Strategy and Operations Domain in APAC as well as the Communications and High Tech Customer Service & Support Campaign for APAC (excluding Japan).
Plummer joined Accenture in 1991 and has worked across domains within supply chain primarily in electronics and high tech. His experience includes service strategy, service parts optimization, cross-border trade and drop shipments, lean manufacturing and supply chain planning.
André P. Skerlavaj Service Strategy and Operations Lead— ASG (Austria, Switzerland, Germany) André Skerlavaj is a senior manager who heads Accenture’s Service Strategy and Operaitons group in ASG based out of our Frankfurt office. He started his career with Accenture in 2000 and has worked on several international projects in the automotive and industrial equipment industries, focusing on the management of aftersales and service businesses. Skerlavaj is recognized for his broad range of expertise ranging from service strategy development over process optimization to the technical conceptualization and implementation of the service business solution—in field service operations, spare parts management or MRO.
He holds a diploma from the internationally recognized WHU Koblenz–Otto Beisheim School for Management with a focus on service and operations management and is a member of the German Logistics Association, Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V.
Scott Tvaroh North America Scott Tvaroh is the North America lead for Service Strategy and Operations business solutions, which brings a business mindset and approach to systems integration for key software vendors supporting the asset management space. He works across multiple industry segments including high-tech, aerospace and defense, pharma and the public sector with a focus on asset reliability and maintenance management strategies and service parts transformation.
Michele Vianello Service Strategy and Operations Lead— IGEM (Italy/ Greece/ Eastern Markets) Vianello is a manager in Accenture’s Supply Chain Service Strategy and Operations group in IGEM (Italy, Greece and Eastern Markets). He joined Accenture in 1998 and became a manager in 2001.
He works in a range of industries and sectors including airlines, automotive and industrial equipment. Relevant experiences include: business process re-engineering, organizational design and implementation of IT systems in large and multinational companies; project and program management skills.
Vianello is a strong expert in design and manufacturing and MRO. He is leveraging his functional competencies in our Service Strategy and Operations domain.
Thierry Wiart Service Strategy and Operations Lead— Gallia (France & Benelux) Wiart is a senior executive and head of Accenture’s Supply Chain Service Strategy and Operations domain for France and Benelux. He graduated in industrial engineering and joined Accenture in the early 1990s in the Paris office.
Since then he has worked in a range of industries and sectors including electronics & high tech, communications, consumer goods and industrial equipment. He conducted a number of business and IT transformation initiatives, with a focus on supply chain management.
Wiart has developed a strong expertise in service strategy and operations for European clients in the electronic & high tech industry, focusing mainly on service delivery performance and cost optimization, from contact centers operations to spare parts logistics and field technician enablement.
