Matt Reilly is the senior managing director of Accenture's Management Consulting business across North America. In this role he is responsible for managing and growing Accenture’s management consulting business in the US and Canada. This includes function-based practices in the following areas: Finance & Enterprise Performance; Operations; Risk Management; Sales & Customer Service; and Talent & Organization. He is also responsible for growing Accenture’s Management Consulting business in all the industries it serves, including Strategy Transformation & Sustainability services. Previously he led Accenture’s Process & Innovation Performance business, a global practice focused on helping clients create a sustainable competitive advantage through innovation and operational improvement. Prior to consulting, Mr Reilly was an executive at a Fortune 500 company, and started his career as an engineer and officer in the U.S. Navy.
Reilly earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, and an MBA degree from Emory University. He is based in Atlanta.
