Mark Pearson is the senior managing director of Accenture Management Consulting’s Operations group and is focused on helping clients develop more dynamic supply chain and service operations capabilities to enable rapid response to changing customer demands and market opportunities across North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. He has worked at Accenture for more than 23 years, primarily in Supply Chain Management across procurement, fulfillment and service management.
In the recent past, Pearson has been responsible for the definition and execution of Accenture’s Supply Chain Mastery research – one of the largest pieces of empirical research into high performance supply chains. He also co-leads the Operational Excellence team globally with a focus on manufacturing industries.
Pearson graduated from Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1987 with a First Class Honors degree in business administration and German. Before joining Accenture he was an officer in the British Army.
He is based in Munich, Germany.
