Senior Managing Director – Financial Services, North America
John Del Santo is Accenture’s Senior Managing Director – Financial Services, North America, responsible for guiding the development of client relationships and leading the company’s efforts to accelerate growth in Financial Services in Canada and the United States.
Prior to his current role, he was the Senior Managing Director – Global Insurance, responsible for setting the industry group's overall vision, strategy, investment priorities and client relationships. He was Managing Director of Accenture’s growth and strategy in Financial Services and, before that, led Accenture’s Financial Services business in the United States West Coast. He has worked with several large financial institutions served by Accenture’s Financial Services group.
Mr. Del Santo has more than 20 years of experience in developing, managing and deploying large-scale technology systems and business processes for some of the world’s leading insurers including property and casualty, life and multi-line insurance companies. His expertise lies in claims, underwriting and customer service.
Mr. Del Santo joined Accenture in 1986. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce from Santa Clara University.
