James Coleman leads Accenture’s Consumer Goods industry group in North America. Jim has more than 20 years of experience across the value chain working extensively with retailers, distributors, manufacturers and direct consumer service management companies in areas that include trade planning, account management, retail execution, order management, customer service, consumer packaged goods, retail and hospitality.
In addition to his Accenture management and direct client responsibilities, Jim is a frequent speaker at industry events and has led various industry research initiatives on topics such as trade promotion, out-of-stocks, center store productivity and marketing process management.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an executive master of business degree from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
