Her focus was on the implications of contemporary changes in employment relationships for career mobility, person-job match and the individual attachments to organizations. Craig earned a Ph.D. in management from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in human resource management from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, New Jersey.
Craig has published articles in the Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times and the European Business Forum. She has presented her work at the Academy of Management conference, and has lectured at numerous institutions, including Harvard, M.I.T, U.C.L.A., Rutgers and U.C Davis.
