Since joining Accenture, Paladino has delivered many business and technical solutions including portals, CRM, business intelligence, enterprise content management, e-Commerce and knowledge management. He is listed in the International Who's Who of Information Technology
Paladino began his career in defense as a contractor and civilian with the Navy. He was a program manager for automatic test equipment for various weapon systems. After six years in that field, he worked for a small IT consulting firm for about three years before joining Accenture, where he has supported several different clients, mostly in government.

Paladino has a true understanding of the importance of teamwork and the optimum utilization of resources. Having played soccer in college and on a semi-pro team after college, Paladino brings his teaming nature and goal-oriented perspective to the solutions he offers his clients. Paladino and his team worked with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to deploy an inter-agency portal that was a White House initiative for former President Clinton. The solution not only helped the client, but its customers as well since it allowed more access from citizens to the programs, grants and other forms of aid being provided by HUD.
Paladino has been married for 11 years and has two children—a 7-year-old son named Michael and a 4-year-old daughter named Megan. Paladino was born in New York but mostly lived in California before moving to the Washington area in 1994. He enjoys playing and watching many different sports and he and his family enjoy traveling, especially to Disney World!
Paladino has a Master of Science in systems management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering from Cal Polytechnic University. He speaks frequently at various industry conferences.
