  • Accenture ranked No. 9 in 2013 (up from No. 12 in 2012) on DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity, marking our seventh consecutive appearance on the list, our fifth consecutive appearance in the Top 25--and our first appearance in the Top 10. We are also recognized on three Top 10 lists: Companies for Global Diversity (No.7), Companies for Supplier Diversity (No. 7) and Companies for People with Disabilities. See our profile.

  • In 2013, The Times ranked Accenture as one of the Top 50 Employers for Women in the United Kingdom, marking our second consecutive appearance on the list and sixth appearance since 2006.

  • In 2012, Accenture received 100 out of 100, a perfect score, on the 2013 Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the sixth year in a row. The CEI is intended to help corporate diversity leaders stay at the forefront of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender workplace equality. Accenture was also included on the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list for the sixth consecutive year. This award recognizes companies for their employment policies and practices that include LGBT workers and their families. Accenture is also included as a business that offers at least one transgender-inclusive health care coverage plan.

  • The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) honored Accenture as the 2012 Corporation of the Year.

  • Accenture was included for the fourth time on FORTUNE's Blue Ribbon Companies in 2012, with a total of four (out of a possible six) list appearances: No. 405 on Global 500; No. 43 on World's Most Admired Companies (and No. 2 in the Information Technology Services category); No. 92 on 100 Best Companies to Work For; and No. 32 on 100 Top MBA Employers.

  • Accenture was selected as a Career Bliss' Happiest Companies in America for 2013, ranking No. 24.

  • Accenture received a 2013 Diversity Leader Award from Profiles in Diversity Journal. 

  • Accenture ranked No. 6 out of 34 in Leadership Excellence’s 2012 Leadership 500 in the Large Consulting Groups category. 

  • Accenture received a Telefónica Ability Award in the Prevention and Retention category in 2012.

  • Accenture was awarded with a Special Mention in the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People/Shell Helen Keller Awards in the Role Model Companies/NGOs/Institutions category in 2012.
  • In 2012, LinkedIn ranked Accenture No. 20 globally on its inaugural Most InDemand Employers list. Among LinkedIn members by geography, Accenture also ranked No. 1 in India, No. 5 in France, No. 6 in both Australia and the Netherlands, No. 8 in Canada, No. 9 in United States, No. 14 in Brazil and No. 15 in  United Kingdom. By function, Accenture ranked No. 5 among Software Engineers, No. 14 among Finance & Accounting, and No. 17 among students and recent grads. Accenture is the only company to be ranked on all three Europe lists.
  • In the United Kingdom, Accenture was ranked among the top 30 companies on the Top Employers for Working Families 2012 list, which recognizes organizations across the UK that do the most to support the work-life balance needs of their employees. Working Families also awarded Accenture with a special commendation for The National Grid Best in Innovation Award recognizing innovation in flexible working. Additionally, HR Magazine acknowledged our strong commitment to inclusion and diversity.
  • In 2012, Accenture was again named to Universum's World's Top 50 Most Attractive Employers list, ranking No. 28 on the Global Top 50 Business list and No. 33 on the Global Top 50 Engineering list (2009-2012).
  • In the 2012 European Diversity Awards, Accenture was "highly commended" as the runner up Company of the Year.
  • Accenture was named in 2012 as one of the Top Employers for Working Families by Human Resources Magazine UK.
