- In 2011, Accenture received 100 out of 100, a perfect score, on the 2012 Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fifth year in a row. The CEI is intended to help corporate diversity leaders stay at the forefront of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender workplace equality. Accenture has also been included on the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list for the fifth consecutive year. This award recognizes companies for their employment policies and practices that include LGBT workers and their families. Accenture was also featured as one of the "Businesses That Offer at Least One Transgender Inclusive Health Care Coverage Plan."

- In 2011, Great Place to Work Institute ranked Accenture No. 20 on its inaurgural World's Best Multinational Workplaces list, which is the world's largest annual study of workplace excellence and management practices.

- Accenture ranked No. 49 (up from No. 53 in 2010) on Hispanic Business' Diversity Elite 60 list in 2011, marking our second consecutive appearance (2010-11).
- Accenture ranked among the Top 15 for the third year in a row, ranking No. 12 overall on Consulting Magazine's Best Firms to Work for in 2011; also ranked No. 4 in the Multi-Service category and No. 9 in Career Development, marking our fourth and third consecutive category appearances, respectively. - Accenture ranked No. 18 on the 2011 CareerBliss Leap Awards, with a "Bliss rating" of 4.074, a 5.74% hapiness increase from 2010.
- Accenture ranked No. 6 in the inaugural Australian Workplace Equality Index in 2011.
- Accenture ranked among Fortune.com's Top 100 MBA Employers for the past six years (2006-11).
- Accenture's Kristina Gilbert, senior executive-Strategy, was included on Diversity MBA's 2011 Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders list. In 2010, Accenture’s Dwight Hutchins, managing director-Strategy, was selected as one of DiversityMBA’s Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders.
- For the third year in a row (2009-11), Accenture was recognized as one of the top employers in South Africa by CRF Institute on its South Africa's Best Employers Top 10 list.
- CRF Institute also included Accenture in Italy among 32 companies awarded and certified as top employers in 2011.
- Accenture included on Great Place to Work Institute’s India’s Best Companies to Work For list in 2011.
- Accenture ranked No. 14 on Great Place to Work's Best Workplaces in Europe list (2011).
- Bloomberg BusinessWeek's/Universum’s Ideal Undergraduate Employers 2011 (formerly Hottest Employers) student survey ranked Accenture No. 38 in IT, No. 71 in Engineering and No. 74 in Business for the fifth year in a row (2007-2011).
- Experience.com included Accenture in its 2011 Best Places to Work for Recent College Grads list for the third year in a row (2009-11).

- In 2011, Accenture ranked No. 49 among Fortune's Top 50 World’s Most Admired Companies and maintained its No. 2 position in the Information Technology Services category; it ranked No. 9 in the People Management category. The Out & Equal Workplace Awards honor individuals and organizations that are leaders in advancing equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees in America’s workplaces.

- Accenture UK ranked in The Times of London’s and Aurora’s Top 50 Companies Where Women Want to Work for the past four consecutive years (2006-09). See the full supplement. In 2008, Accenture was also recognized for having the "Best Internal Corporate Event” for its International Women’s Day celebration, which included live events for employees and clients as well as an online celebration for Accenture's employees around the world.
- Accenture in India won the Golden Peacock National Training Award for 2009, instituted by the Institute of Directors. The award encourages total quality in training to recognize organizations judged to have made the most significant achievement in such endeavors.
- In 2009, Human Resources magazine Reported that in a survey of 24,500 graduates, Accenture was voted as an employer with the best corporate social responsibility policies.
