- In 2012, Great Place to Work Institute Nigeria ranked Accenture No. 4 overall (and in the top 5 percent of all nominated companies) on its inaugural Best Workplaces in Nigeria list.
- Accenture ranked No. 12 in 2012 (up from No. 23 in 2011) on DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity list, marking our sixth consecutive appearance on the list and fourth consecutive year in the Top 25. We are also recognized on two Top 10 lists: Companies for Global Diversity (No. 7) and Companies for Supplier Diversity (No. 10). - In 2012, Accenture ranked No. 43 (up from No. 49 in 2011) among FORTUNE's Top 50 World’s Most Admired Companies and maintained its No. 2 position in the Information Technology Services category; it ranked No. 1 in the People Management and Quality of Management categories. This ranking marks Accenture’s tenth consecutive year on the list (2003-2012).

- In 2011, Accenture received 100 out of 100, a perfect score, on the 2012 Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fifth year in a row. The CEI is intended to help corporate diversity leaders stay at the forefront of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender workplace equality. Accenture has also been included on the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list for the fifth consecutive year. This award recognizes companies for their employment policies and practices that include LGBT workers and their families. Accenture was also featured as one of the "Businesses That Offer at Least One Transgender Inclusive Health Care Coverage Plan."
