In 2013—for the fifth consecutive year—Accenture was included on FORTUNE magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list, ranking No. 91. - In 2012, Accenture received 100 out of 100, a perfect score, on the 2013 Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the sixth year in a row. The CEI is intended to help corporate diversity leaders stay at the forefront of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender workplace equality. Accenture was also included on the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list for the sixth consecutive year. This award recognizes companies for their employment policies and practices that include LGBT workers and their families. Accenture is also included as a business that offers at least one transgender-inclusive health care coverage plan.

- In the United Kingdom, Accenture was ranked among the top 30 companies on the Top Employers for Working Families 2012 list, which recognizes organizations across the UK that do the most to support the work-life balance needs of their employees. Working Families also awarded Accenture with a special commendation for The National Grid Best in Innovation Award recognizing innovation in flexible working. Additionally, HR Magazine acknowledged our strong commitment to inclusion and diversity.
