- In 2012, Accenture was ranked No. 6 (up from No. 7 in 2011) on the 2012 Corporate Responsibility Magazine's 100 Best Corporate Citizens list, marking our fourth consecutive appearance and our second among the top 10 companies. Accenture also ranked No. 1 in the Business Services category on CR Magazine's first 10 Best Corporate Citizens by Industry list in 2011.

- Accenture was named one of Ethisphere's "World's Most Ethical Companies" in the Business Services category (2008-2012).

- Newsweek's third annual Green Rankings included Accenture in 2011 as No. 7 in the U.S. 500 (up from No. 11 in 2010) and No. 31 on its inaugural Global 500 list. Green Rankings evaluates the environmental performance, policies and reputation of the 500 largest US corporations and 500 biggest global companies.
- In 2011, Accenture was included, for the second consecutive year, on the Carbon Disclosure Project's 2011 Global 500 Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI) representing the top 10% of companies, and was named as a leader in the Information Technology sector. Further, Accenture again received a carbon performance score of B. Accenture scored 93 (up from 91) on CDP's Global 500--the gold standard for carbon reporting and transparency--which marks our third consecutive appearance.

- In 2011, Accenture was ranked at No. 50 on Interbrand's debut Best Global Green Brands list.
- Accenture received a gold designation on The Business in the Community Corporate Responsibility Index in 2011, marking the fourth consecutive appearance in the index (2008-2011).
- Accenture moved up to No. 2 (from No. 8 in 2010) on Corporate Responsibility Magazine's Best Corporate Citizens in Government Contracting list.
- In 2010, Accenture was awarded the No. 8 slot on Computerworld’s Top Green-IT Organizations list, which ranks the top 12 IT departments that are reducing power demand and using technology to improve energy efficiency and the top 12 IT vendors.
- Accenture ranked No. 91 on Justmeans Global 1000 Sustainable Performance Leaders list; Accenture has been included on the list since its inception in 2007.
- Accenture in Mexico was awarded the “ESR” (Empresa Socialmente Responsable – Socially Responsible Enterprise) recognition by the CEMEFI (Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía – Mexican Philanthropic Center) in 2010.
- Accenture named ForgeAhead — Top ICT Multi-National in Africa 2009/2010. Endorsed by Nepad, the ForgeAhead African ICT Achiever Awards acknowledges companies and individuals who have made a difference to the ICT industry in Africa.
- Accenture was selected as one of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal’s top 50 Corporate Philanthropists in Silicon Valley in 2009.

- The first annual Brand Emissions Leaders Report, commissioned by Marketing Magazine and Brand Republic, recognized Accenture as a Brand Emissions Leader in the Business Services sector for 2009 – the highest level of recognition.
