Global Local Content Summit

The Global Local Content Summit featured a series of international case studies delivered by Government Officials, National Oil Companies and senior representatives from the International Oil and Gas Community. Accenture’s Kenan Nouwilat presented ‘Local content in oil and gas in the Middle East.’
Sharing High Performance in Capital Projects Supply Chain Management

Accenture Asia Pacific Oil & Gas Forum

The theme for the Forum was: Growth in the Changing Energy World. Key topics for discussion were the rise of natural gas and new energy; increasing capital project effectiveness; achieving global growth objectives and taking ownership of the talent challenge.
There were presentations from Sir Mark Moody-Stuart, Former Chairman of Royal Dutch Shell, and Datuk (Dr) Abdul Rahim Hashim, President of the International Gas Union.
ARC World Industry Forum

Accenture sponsored the 16th annual ARC World Industry Forum focused on transforming industry through new processes and technologies. In addition to sponsoring the proceedings, Accenture briefed media editors on automation trends.
Microsoft Global Energy Forum
January 31, Houston TX
Accenture supported the ninth Microsoft Global Energy Forum, in addition to collaborating on the second joint Accenture and Microsoft Upstream Oil and Gas Computing Trends Survey. The latest global survey results were announced at the Forum in Houston and will be online in the near future.

World Petroleum Congress

The World Petroleum Congress, held every three years, brought together over 5000 delegates and 550 presenters for a five day program that covered all aspects of the petroleum industry.
