Applying Strategic Segmentation to Increase Consumer EngagementTuesday, November 19, 2:40 pm
We’ve learned a lot about health care consumers this year. Join us for an engaging session on health consumer segmentation and modeling, as well as the learnings from a Shopper Study and Consumer Survey conducted earlier this year. With an expanding "retail" healthcare marketplace, there is greater opportunity for health plans to develop innovative strategies to reach consumers entering this marketplace for the first time. Segmenting and understanding what motivates consumers is integral for plans to effectively engage these new consumers and assist them in making good health care decisions.
