Accenture is helping to deploy Accenture Product Lifecycle Optimization Services for one of Europe’s largest auto manufacturers in a three-year project.
Accenture is working with one of Europe’s largest auto manufacturers on a three-year spare parts pricing project, using Accenture Product Lifecycle Optimization Services.
The solution will optimize prices for approximately 38,000 spare parts using perceived value criteria. The program is expected to improve performance for the manufacturer’s spare parts business and also improve customers’ perception of the client’s brand.
