Accenture is working with a leading Nordic retailer to implement an Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) and finance program that will lead to high performance.
A leading Nordic retailer is seeking to achieve profitable growth in its department store division but has been constrained by its current systems and processes. Accenture has been engaged to implement a new ERP system based on Oracle Retail. The scope includes program management, integration architecture, testing and deployment.
In addition, Accenture will lead a group finance system implementation, based on Oracle eBS. By implementing unified tools and optimized processes across the division, Accenture will help the client drive profitable growth through greater supply chain visibility and real-time visibility into its operations. The resulting benefits for consumers will include fewer stock outages, shorter time-to-market for new products and improved e-commerce channels.
