Nestlé Nespresso S.A., part of the Nestlé Group, has selected Accenture to implement a multichannel e-commerce solution that uses hybris technology.
The 30-month implementation program covers solutions for e-commerce, point of sale, call center and back-office functions. The new platform will enable Nespresso to streamline its technology and processes across the 41 countries where it operates, helping the company create a single, interactive platform for a more personalized and enhanced customer experience.
