Accenture helped Natura strengthen its organizational culture—supporting its growth strategy through leadership transformation.
Natura—a leading manufacturer of cosmetics, fragrance and personal hygiene products in Brazil—was losing managers in important positions and many people were moving within the organization. To address this challenge, the company wanted to develop engaged and inspiring leaders capable of dealing with the company’s current and future challenges.
Through the “The Leadership Office” project, Accenture helped the company define the processes required to build strong leadership capabilities, including learning and development, performance, engagement, coaching and mentoring.
