This client offers insurance, investment products and advisory services and has a field presence of several thousand representatives.
The company wanted to improve communications between representatives and their clients from the first interaction to ensure effective relationship-building and enhance opportunities for creating beneficial financial security plans.
Accenture developed an Apple iOSx and iOS 5 platform-compliant fact finder consisting of 30 screens supporting more than 800 fields. We provided the capability to capture handwritten notes with a stylus.
Accenture designed a Twitter-like user interface that follows the conversation with three level views and developed the capability to provide context sensitive feedback with screenshots.
We also created a Web service integrated with the insurer’s back-end systems to create a PDF output that can be sent to clients and used for product application data entry.
