Improves Productivity and Application Stability with Application Outsourcing
A leading global food manufacturer wanted to standardize and simplify its global business processes and functions, starting with the Americas business unit, and integrate on its SAP platform. Following implementation, established a high-quality, flexible and adaptable long-term, co-sourced application support model, enabling knowledge retention and reducing risk by seamlessly transitioning 40 percent of the resources from design/build to the sustainment phase.
Helped the company reduce ongoing application development and maintenance costs with a delivery-center led, 24 x 7 support model with greater than 65 percent of resources offshore.
Managed SAP CRM support as well, providing greater control and oversight by consolidating support with a single team.

It reduced system downtime and enhanced performance and availability, through a number of innovations, for example by identifying and eliminating unnecessary dependencies, in order to run more jobs in parallel.
Today, the company has improved application sustainability, allowing greater flexibility and adaptability, and laying a foundation for long-term high performance.
