The team delivered recommendations for quick wins within the first 45 days of the project to help build pace and momentum, while developing a phased implementation approach that is integrated with the SAP rollout.

With Accenture’s help, this company has developed a planning vision and blueprint to transform its planning and performance management capability. Once implemented, the blueprint will assist in enabling an efficient, scalable process that provides the company with faster, more accurate planning information which facilitates agility, manages volatility and enhances decision-making.
