Accenture is working with a leading auto manufacturer in India to help drive sales growth in the fleet market, including the commercial, corporate and institutional customer segments. Leveraging our extensive expertise in auto marketing and campaign management, we will design and implement a customer-centric campaign management approach to generate a steep increase in sales volumes, piloting the program in two markets before national implementation.
By aligning the client’s campaigns, offerings and solutions to the specific needs of each customer segment, the project will enable an incremental revenue growth of $80 million for the client annually.
