Helping the BFI achieve its vision for the future of UK film by bringing film to you
Accenture has become the official Technology and Interactive Partner for the BFI and is working with them on a series of value-in-kind technology and interactive projects to help the BFI respond to the changing needs of the film watching public and to drive greater understanding, appreciation and access to film heritage in the UK.
The BFI is at the forefront of British film innovation and high performance in the film industry, making it a perfect partner for Accenture and Accenture Interactive. Our work will help the BFI to achieve its vision for the future of UK film and deliver its content to a new digital and multichannel audience.
One project that Accenture is currently working on centers on new ways for audiences to digitally engage with the BFI National Archive. Established in 1935, the BFI National Archive is one of the largest film and television collections in the world. Dating from the earliest days of film to the 21st century, it contains nearly a million titles.

This partnership follows the success of our four-year sponsorship of the BFI London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, and includes main sponsorship of the 56th BFI London Film Festival in partnership with American Express, and continued principal sponsorship of the BFI London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival.
