CANAL+ group, owned by Vivendi Group, is the leading pay television service in France with six million customers. To compete more effectively and increase customer loyalty Canal+ and Accenture transformed the Group’s TV experience by putting customers and analytics at the center, and offering new and relevant products, experiences and services.
