The Accenture Service Management Reporting Portal is a “storefront” for an Accenture Delivery Center, offering a secure online solution for posting all relevant service management information and reporting it to our clients.
Each Portal is unique to a single client, and provides a single point of contact—thereby reducing error and improving team communications.
Typically, Service Management Reporting Portals are organized into four “channels”:
Data underlying the monthly reports (and other metrics) is entered or aggregated into the Portal in three ways:
The automated data feeds ensure that clients can visit their Web sites and always see the latest information. Further, each client Web site can connect to other Web-based systems, creating a single point of access for all service delivery information. This increases accuracy and reduces time on routine reporting issues.
