The Police Process Model is a modular system covering all police processes (operating, administrative and analytical). It can be used by all types of police forces (national, regional or city) and can be adapted to individual forces’ specific functions and budgets.
The Police Process Model allows information to be entered just once which provides consistency in how information is gathered and stored, resulting in greater reliability in investigations. The model collates and analyzes vast quantities of information and makes valuable connections that might otherwise be missed.
