For example, at a large German universal bank, Accenture collaborated with SAP Business Objects and Informatica to create a single source of credit data to monitor credit risk portfolios. We helped to reduce the credit default rate considerably by providing early indication of credit defaults of select portfolios.

Reducing Project Risk and Lowering Cost
Accenture Information Management Services draws on proven joint offerings with our alliances to provide quick, well-tested solutions at competitive prices. In Italy, we rolled out our Accelerated Invoice Processing, a joint offering with FileNet, an IBM company, that greatly minimized SAP invoicing time while improving functionality at six major clients. We are working with key business intelligence vendors, such as SAP Business Objects and Cognos, to create enterprise metrics management solutions that will help our clients manage their businesses efficiently using real-time, up-to-date information. Our price and quality advantages are enhanced further by the wide range of onshore, near-shore and offshore delivery options available.
