Since the launch of the Microsoft Partner Network on October 8, 2010, Accenture and Avanade have earned 24 Gold competencies out of a possible 28—more than any other partner in the program to date. Accenture and Avanade are currently in the process of earning the remaining four competencies.
These competencies are designed to provide customers with a way to assess each Microsoft partner’s capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies. They are aligned with how customers actually buy, making it easier to promote Accenture and Avanade’s skills and capabilities to customers. Gold competencies demonstrate the highest, most consistent capability and commitment to a particular business solution area.
