Accenture research shows that customer churn puts $400bn in play
The 2013 Consumer-Driven Innovation Survey polled 6,135 insurance policy holders in 11 countries about their auto, household and life insurance practices, intentions and wishes. A key finding: customers’ needs are changing, and $400 billion worth of business could switch hands as a result.
