Diana Karklins, vice president of Application Solutions at Kellogg, describes how a standardized SAP landscape improves business processes, promotes operational efficiency and generates better information. Kellogg previously had a highly customized SAP environment, and wanted to transition to a standardized system to make the company more nimble, and allow it to take advantage of new technology developments more easily.
After an extensive process to evaluate vendors, Kellogg chose Accenture and SAP as its primary consulting partners for this massive, four-phase project.
