The Magic Quadrant for SAP application service providers in Europe analyzes 16 leading providers of SAP application life cycle services in Europe. These services include IT consulting, development and integration and IT management services.
Gartner analysts evaluate vendors on two criteria: ability to execute and completeness of vision.
Ability to execute: vendors are evaluated on the quality and efficacy of the processes, systems, methods or procedures that enable vendor performance to be competitive, efficient and effective, and to positively impact revenue, retention and reputation. |

Completeness of Vision: vendors are evaluated on their ability to convincingly articulate logical statements about current and future market direction, innovation, customer needs, and competitive forces.
Vendors positioned in the leaders quadrant are performing well and gaining traction and mind share in the market. They have a clear vision of the market’s direction and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership position in the market.
