Today’s consumers present a set of new challenges for life insurers. Building on the research conducted for the 2012 Accenture Global Consumer Pulse survey, Accenture builds a picture of this new type of consumer, arguing that it is best understood in terms of the Nonstop Customer model. The report then goes on to tabulate how this group perceives the providers of life insurance, and identifies four action points that the industry should consider.
