Procurement mastery is not just about a better way to procure goods and services.

Accenture surveyed more than 600 procurement executives across Europe, Asia and North America and found that 10 percent of companies are high-performance businesses. They are currently delivering 30 percent higher savings at 50 percent less cost to procure.
