Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) ranked Accenture in the top echelons of application management providers France in its 2013 study.
In its 2013 RADAR—an IT supplier assessment—Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) included Accenture in its list of top providers of application management services in France. For 2013, Accenture received “Leading Provider” status—the highest ranking available.
Each year, PAC provides a holistic evaluation and visual positioning of leading IT providers within a defined service segment serving a specific geographic market. Using predefined criteria, PAC assesses the providers’ revenue volumes and development and market share, and compares them alongside their performance and specific competences in that market segment.
The detailed assessment takes several criteria into consideration, including providers’ quotation phases, account management and service provision. The study looks at specific factors such as reaction time, comprehensibility, transparency, response to change requests and quality of results.
The PAC study considers both stand-alone application management as well as application management embedded in application outsourcing, business process outsourcing or complete outsourcing deals.
The aim of the PAC RADAR is to aid the holistic evaluation of IT providers. PAC publishes the RADAR two to four times a year for different segments.
The evaluation assesses and compares the performance, competence and market position of key providers in a services segment using approximately 50 pre-defined criteria. The criteria are arranged according to clusters and can be assigned to the main features, "Competence" and "Relative Market Strength" as well as the underlying clusters and sub-clusters. There is an overall rating from the evaluation of the criteria as well as sub-ratings per cluster and sub-cluster.
Accenture received the highest possible rating in numerous categories, including ability to provide business transformation, industry coverage and global delivery organization.
