Overview | About the Series | Event Dates & Topics | 2010-11 Sessions
This Dialogue series focuses on key issues of national administration affecting the U.S. federal government. The idea is to select key topics that are currently at the top of the national public policy and management agenda and bring in experts – practitioners, academics, consultants – who have achieved success in leading complex reform efforts.

A networking environment is created to encourage the exchange of ideas between senior managers of complex change programs and those emerging leaders charged with undertaking similar efforts. It also promotes further learning about how successful management change efforts are designed and implemented.
The format of each Dialogue session is flexible, allowing Accenture and GPPI to design the appropriate approach to generate the greatest in-depth exploration of a specific topic. Each session includes a moderator who encourages a lively conversation among the panelists and the other participants.
