2010 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) – January 7-10, Las Vegas, Nevada and bold the words "2010 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES)". This industry forum offers delegates the opportunity to view the latest technology as well as to expand their businesses through networking with fellow attendees from more than 140 countries.
Accenture was involved in a number of different activities at the 2010 CES. This year, we shared the results of two recent research studies: the first being the 2010 Accenture Consumer Electronics Products and Services research that we undertook to develop a greater awareness of preferences for consumer technologies and services across eight countries :China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States.
We also showcased the findings from the Accenture Innovation research that included in-depth interviews with research and development decision makers at leading global consumer technology companies in North America, Europe and Asia.
Accenture also presented its white paper on Social CRM that examines how the emergence and increasing usage of social media and other Web 2.0 tools has dramatically altered how companies interact with their customers.
We were also involved in several media events throughout the duration of CES. If you would like any further information on Accenture’s presence at the 2010 International CES or the above-mentioned Accenture thought leadership, please contact Patty Malin.
