John Goodman
Managing Director, US Defense Portfolio
Prior to this role, Mr. Goodman led the global management consulting practice for the Public Service operating group, with responsibility for the sales and delivery of Accenture's management consulting services to public service organizations around the world.
Before joining Accenture in 1998, Mr. Goodman was Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Industrial Affairs & Installations), Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Senior Director on the staff of the National Economic Council in the White House and an associate professor at the Harvard Business School. He is the author of Monetary Sovereignty, as well as numerous articles, chapters, reports and Harvard Business School case studies.

Mr. Goodman currently serves as the chair of the Defense Business Board, a federal advisory committee that supports defense transformation by offering management advice to the Secretary of Defense based on leading practices from the private sector. He is also a member of the advisory board of Our Military Kids, a nonprofit organization devoted to supporting the children of deployed members of the National Guard and Reserves. He is also a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Mr. Goodman received his B.A. summa cum laude from Middlebury College and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard University.

Joe Chenelle

Joe Chenelle is an executive vice president within Accenture’s Defense industry group. Mr. Chenelle brings more than 18 years of systems integration and consulting expertise with 15-plus years focused on global, complex SAP implementations. Mr. Chenelle is currently the client account lead for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) where he has spent the last nine years implementing transformational change programs for the largest combat support agency in the Department of Defense. Mr. Chenelle also serves as the SAP global lead for the Health & Public Service operating group, focusing on the strategic Accenture/SAP alliance and differentiating services.

Prior to DLA, Mr. Chenelle was the first Accenture SAP Outsourcing client program manager and spent three years at a heavy crude refinery as an IS-OIL program manager. Mr. Chenelle has also lived and worked in Europe where he developed Accenture’s SAP Technology Delivery service line within the Accenture European Solution Center Network. Mr. Chenelle has worked with some of the world’s largest companies and public service entities including DLA, Exxon, Volkswagen and Alcatel. Mr. Chenelle brings varied industry experience from his work with clients in public service, retail, communications, high tech, chemicals and energy. Mr. Chenelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University with dual majors in management information decisions systems and finance.

Richard A. Ryan
Executive Vice President, U.S. Air Force Account Lead

Rich Ryan has more than 28 years of service delivery operations experience for the U.S. Department of Defense and communications, media and technology companies. As executive vice president of Air Force programs, Mr. Ryan is responsible for the Accenture Defense industry group business with the U.S. Air Force. He was formerly vice president of intelligence programs where he led Accenture's significant growth in the US intelligence community.

Mr. Ryan specializes in delivering innovative and integrated solutions that leverage commercial leading practices and focus on customer service. Before joining Accenture, he worked with communications, media and technology companies to reposition customer offerings to include both products and services.
In his role as the executive director of service management for Verizon computer services division, he originated and implemented new offerings that combined service process improvement consulting and service delivery outsourcing for Fortune 500 clients.

William Loftus

Bill Loftus is an executive vice president and U.S. Army account lead within Accenture Defense. Mr. Loftus also serves as the managing director of the mission services group with a key role in Accenture's command and control and modeling and simulation work with defense clients. He has 26 years of experience in the creation, executive management and operations of advanced software solution providers and is a nationally recognized author, technologist and entrepreneur. In 2001 he cofounded Gestalt, LLC, a leading provider of collaborative technology for governments and Fortune 500 customers. Mr. Loftus served as president and CEO of Gestalt, which is now part of Accenture. Mr. Loftus brings a strong mission, customer and warfighter focus to his work across the defense community.

Vince Vlasho

Vince Vlasho is an executive vice president within Accenture’s Defense industry group. Mr. Vlasho brings more than 27 years of defense experience to Accenture. As executive vice president, U.S. Navy and Marine Corps programs, he works closely with clients to deliver high-performance results on large-scale strategy, operations and IT and mission services programs.

Since 2000, Mr. Vlasho served in a variety of leadership roles at the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, helping to deliver transformational outcomes across a number of domains. Mr. Vlasho graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and was an active duty naval intelligence officer prior to joining Accenture.

Kevin Laudano is the global managing director of Accenture's Defense industry group. He oversees Accenture's international Defense presence with a focus on Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Australia and Singapore. Mr. Laudano has spent the last 20 years dedicated to delivering large-scale commercial and government transformation programs focused on financials, supply chain, integration/interoperability and IT for some of Accenture's largest clients.
