Lay Lim is Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore, a role she was appointed to in November 2007. In this role she provides geographic leadership for Accenture’s operations in Singapore - a practice of over 1600 employees, serving clients across Health & Public Services, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, Resources and Products portfolios, as well as the Accenture Management Consulting Innovation Center at the Fusionopolis.
She holds two Asia Pacific portfolios, in the areas of Business Analytics and Sustainability. Appointed to these roles since September 2010, Lay Lim has oversight for these two strategic business units across Japan, Greater China, Korea, Australia, ASEAN and India to deliver transformational change to client organizations in public and private sectors in these growth areas.
Prior to this portfolio, Lay Lim was the Asia Pacific Managing Director for Accenture’s Customer Relationship Management practice. She currently serves on the board of the Singapore Land Authority and the Council for the Third Age and is a member of the Women’s Steering Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
