Singapore is cementing its place as a dynamic, innovative economy and a regional hub. Home to more than 3000 multinational regional headquarters, Singapore serves not only as a gateway for western MNCs to launch geographic expansion agendas into the Asia Pacific region, but is also emerging as a gateway for Asian MNCs to western markets.
Additionally, the Singapore government is known globally as progressive and citizen centric, innovating and transforming not just within individual agencies, but across the whole of government, to make Singapore a highly competitive economy which is also business friendly and easy to do business with.
Accenture opened its Singapore office in 1975. Our practice in Singapore is mature and spans the entire scope of service which Accenture provides globally – from Management Consulting, to Systems Integration and Outsourcing. We serve leading companies in both private and public sectors.
For the private sector, we have worked with our clients in their organic and inorganic growth initiatives, to become regional and global players.
In the public sector, we have worked with agencies on bold transformational programmess, many of which are examples of leading practices which are referenced by agencies around the world. Through our involvement in these programmes, we believe we live our mission of improving the way Singapore works and lives.
Singapore, being compact and highly connected via infrastructure, is home to a population reflecting the diversity of the region, making it also an ideal ‘living lab’, in which to innovate. Accenture Singapore has established innovation centres in management consulting, analytics and healthcare to bring innovation to the local marketplace, from our global practices.
Through these centres, we have also built new innovations and assets in collaboration with clients in Singapore, which have helped us accelerate the path to high performance for other clients around the world. In delivering these innovations and pilot projects, we also team and collaborate with alliance partners, local companies and academic institutions, so that together we are able to create holistic solutions for our clients.
Accenture in Singapore also strives to be a great place to work. We have fully embraced family-friendly workplace practices and flexible work arrangements as well as inclusion and diversity programmes to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent. We also believe in giving back, and our Skills to Succeed programme in-country continues to touch the lives of many in our society.
Looking ahead, we are focused on accelerating our growth strategy while continuing to bring positive change to the communities in which we work and live.
