Take the first step to a fulfilling tech career as a software engineer at Accenture.

Grow and deepen your skills through learning and development opportunities to build your expertise in the ever-growing technology industry. You will receive professional training, mentorship, and career coaching to help empower and guide you in your career aspirations and decisions.

During your first year, you’ll experience 6 weeks of foundational training, followed by On-the-Job training. As you progress along to your second and third year, you’ll continue to learn and hone your technical skills. You’ll also be a part of this program if you are currently part of the SkillsFuture Work-Study Post-Diploma (WSPostDip) with us.

What's more, through the meaningful work you do, you'll have a hand in shaping how Singaporeans work, live, and play every day.

Part-time study: You will be able to continue to work full-time with Accenture while under the program

Full-time study: You will be granted a leave of absence (max. of 3 years) to pursue your degree, after a year of working with Accenture

The My1stDegree Study Grant is only applicable for our employees who are:

• Current participants in the SkillsFuture Work-Study Post-Diploma (WSPostDip) with less than a year of formal working experience
• Graduates with a diploma from a recognized polytechnic
