At Accenture, our commitment to building, maintaining and expanding an inclusive culture is central to our organization’s ongoing success. As an organization with the best people, we recognize that bringing a variety of backgrounds and perspectives to the table generates the best ideas and innovation. These diverse qualities enable, deliver and drive high performance at Accenture.
Our approach to inclusion and diversity stems from a two-fold desire: to live and work in one world, free from the constraints of geographical barriers or cultural perceptions, and to seek innovative practices that help employees achieve work-life balance. Accenture, therefore, seeks to recruit, retain and advance women globally as we continue our focus on multi-culturalism and embedding flexibility into our culture and business operations worldwide.

Accenture globally has had women’s networking forums operating for years, run by and for our women employees largely as an empowerment forum. In India, our women’s networking platform is called "Vaahini," meaning "stream" or "flow."
With our women employees we recently opened up Vaahini to the women in our wider community to enable them to benefit from the empowerment and enrichment that our own employees gain from being part of this powerful network. The Accenture Vaahini Network will be both an online and in-person network.
Visit the
Vaahini site and register today to be part of this network. In addition to the website, Vaahini will provide opportunities for women to come together and engage in social and professional networking.
