Accenture plc makes participation in certain of its employee share plans in the European Union available to eligible employees pursuant to a prospectus filed with the Central Bank in Ireland. Attached is a copy of the Accenture EU Employee Share Plan prospectus and the composite PDF containing all translations of the summary section of the prospectus [PDF, 2.85 MB] that was approved by the Central Bank of Ireland in December 2011.
